Privacy

When you fill out our booking or contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and message. If you give by check, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo, we record your name, contact information, and gift in our donor records so we can send your receipt. We use your information to reply to you, thank you, and send occasional updates about camp. We never sell or share it. You can ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time. Online gifts through our donation form are processed by Zeffy, so we never see or store your card details. Zeffy's own privacy policy applies to those gifts. Like most websites, we use basic visit statistics to see how many people visit.

Giving

Mountain Meadow Ranch Bible Camp, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 86-0700893). Gifts are tax-deductible as the law allows, and every donor receives a receipt. Gifts to the kitchen campaign go first to the updates Gila County requires, and the rest goes toward a new kitchen. If more is given than the project needs, or plans change, the board will use the funds for the camp's most pressing facility needs. Gifts are not refundable. If you made a mistake, email us and we'll help.

Booking

Submitting a request is not a reservation. Your dates are held once our camp manager confirms them with you directly, a deposit is paid, and your group signs our rental agreement. Every group agrees to follow our camp rules and to keep everything on our property in line with our Statement of Faith.

Photos

If you see a photo of yourself or your child on this site and want it removed, email campmmr@gmail.com and we'll take it down promptly.
